Klopp v Emery at Anfield? Pochettino v Sarri v Solskjaer

Chelsea have plenty of talent and their football has a fluency that Arsenal will not match this season.

This is the Premier League at the halfway stage:

Table after 19 games:

 1. Liverpool 51 points

2. Tottenham 45

3  Man City 42

4. Chelsea 40

5. Arsenal 38

6. Man United 32

Arsenal have slipped to fifth because they’ve only won  two of their last five games.

After giving up on Morata, Sarri started playing Eden Hazard as a false nine. Will the Italian do that again at Crystal Palace in Sunday’s noon kick-off? Let’s wait and see.

Any football team is a mixture of characters and while Willian plays when he feels like it, Pedro would play two games a day. But Pedro’s hamstring has put him out for 10 days. They will miss his appetite and speed.

Although Chelsea are five points ahead of Arsenal they must wish  they had Aubameyang or a striker like him. Auba is an explosive predator who loves a long pass but his all-round game is reliable, especially when he links with Lacazette, a crafty turner and ball-pincher. Laca can make something out of nothing and knows where the goalposts are without looking

The half-time score at Brighton was 1-1 and Unai Emery’ s substitutes didn’t improve the performance and after it finished 1-1 the Head Coach was upset and kicked a water bottle which hit a supporter.

Right now, Arsenal need to bounce back with a result. But they don’t have the equipment to win at Anfield,.

Jurgen Klopp arrived in 2015 and Klopperpool have finished 8th and 4th and 4th so far. He has spent a lot more money than Pochettino and now has a squad that can win the title.

We hear a lot about “recruitment” and today I can define that term in four words: : Allison,Virgil, Fabinho and Shakiri.

The Liverpool team that I expect to start is powerful enough to blow Arsenal away. So any kind of draw at Anfield would be a valuable boost to Emery’s campaign.

Man United should beat Bournemouth in Sunday’s 5.30 kick-off and I’m sure they will.

74,500 saw United beat Huddersfield  3-1 and the team is  now attacking with power and purpose. Paul Pogba, having got Jose Mourinho sacked, has decided to start playing again.
